Adrian Lark

While Jim and Mary are the face of The Lark, daughter Adrian runs the show. Adrian is a pleasing blend of her two parents, combining her father’s keen eye and quality standards with her mother’s love of gardening. This coupled with the knowledge Adrian gained earning her Sommelier certification, Master Gardener status, and business/culinary degree from Cornell keeps her well equipped to be the force behind the day to day operations of the restaurant, menu development and wine list. Years of teaching Food Chemistry and Properties Management courses at Cornell revealed Adrian’s talent for teaching, which she has utilized at work and elsewhere, teaching etiquette to children, coaching boys basketball and holding wine seminars at The Lark. Adrian can be found digging around the Lark gardens when time permits, helping Mary tend to her enchanting space.
